This Privacy Policy explains how ARDSS Technology ("we", "us", "our"), Doha, Qatar, collects, uses and protects information in the VanGo Pro+ application and related services (the "Service"). VanGo Pro+ is a business tool used by companies and their staff to manage van sales, invoicing, inventory and accounting.
1. Who controls your data
VanGo Pro+ is a multi-tenant platform. The business (your employer) that holds the VanGo Pro+ account is the data controller for the customer, sales and accounting records entered into that account. ARDSS Technology processes this data on the business's behalf and operates the platform.
2. Information we collect
Account information
- Name, email address, phone number and role of each user
- Company (tenant) name and settings
- Authentication data (passwords are stored only as salted hashes)
Business data you enter
- Customer and supplier records (names, phone numbers, balances)
- Invoices, payments, returns, inventory and accounting entries
Location
- When a user records a customer visit, we collect device GPS location at that moment to log where the visit took place. Location is used only for this visit-tracking feature.
Device & usage
- Basic device information and app activity needed to operate, secure and troubleshoot the Service. The app may request Bluetooth access solely to connect to a receipt printer; no location is derived from Bluetooth.
3. How we use information
- To provide invoicing, inventory, accounting, visit-tracking and printing features
- To authenticate users and keep each business's data isolated and secure
- To sync offline data to the cloud and back up your records
- To provide support and improve reliability of the Service
4. How information is shared
We do not sell your data or use it for advertising. Data is shared only:
- Within your own business account, with authorized users of that account
- With infrastructure providers that host the Service, under confidentiality obligations
- Where required by law
5. Data security
All data is encrypted in transit using HTTPS/TLS. Passwords are hashed. Offline data on the device is stored in the app's private storage. We apply reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your data.
6. Data retention
We retain account and business records for as long as the account is active and as needed to provide the Service. Accounting and transaction records may be retained for the period required by applicable law. See deletion below.
7. Your rights & choices
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data. Account holders can also manage records within the app. To make a request, contact us using the details below.

9. Children
VanGo Pro+ is a business application intended for users aged 18 and over. It is not directed to children and we do not knowingly collect data from children.
10. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the effective date above.
